The predicted salary is between 46800 - 78000 £ per year.

You'll be responsible for delivering holistic financial planning advice to a portfolio of around 70 existing clients, with further client growth expected over time. You'll work with a broad range of individuals and families, providing tailored solutions across investments, pensions, protection, estate planning, and more — supported by a highly experienced paraplanning and administrative team. This role is ideal for an adviser who wants to focus on relationship management and technical advice rather than prospecting or chasing sales targets.

What's on Offer

  • £65,000 base salary + £10,000 bonus for Level 4 qualified advisers
  • £75,000 base salary + £10,000 bonus for Chartered or near-Chartered advisers
  • Additional bonuses for new business and performance – excellent OTE potential
  • Hybrid working – typically 3 days in the Gatwick office, 2 days from home (flexible for client meetings)
  • All clients provided – immediate portfolio of around 70, growing over time
  • Full paraplanning and administrative support

About You

We're looking for a professional who:

  • Holds the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (working towards Chartered preferred)
  • Has current CAS and Statement of Professional Standing (SPS)
  • Possesses strong technical knowledge across all advice areas (pensions, investments, tax, protection)
  • Has a proven ability to build trusted client relationships
  • Is organised, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional client service
