A highly successful wealth management firm is seeking a Client Servicing Assistant to join its growing team in the City of London.
This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic and motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering exceptional levels of client service. The successful candidate will support a team of Financial Planners and play a key role in ensuring clients receive a first-class experience throughout their financial planning journey.
The position offers a broad and varied workload, making it ideal for somebody who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and taking ownership of client servicing activities.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting Financial Planners with all aspects of client servicing and administration
Acting as a key point of contact for clients, providers and other stakeholders
Managing client onboarding and ongoing servicing requirements
Maintaining accurate client records and updating CRM systems
Processing withdrawals, redemptions and new business submissions
Assisting with portfolio changes, rebalancing and financial review documentation
Managing EIS and VCT exits
Supporting clients through bereavement and probate cases
Liaising with providers to obtain information and resolve client queries
Ensuring service standards and regulatory requirements are consistently met
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience within financial services would be advantageous
Experience within a wealth management, financial planning or client servicing environment is desirable
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Positive attitude with the ability to work effectively under pressure
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Team-oriented with a genuine desire to provide exceptional client service
Package
£45,000 - £50,000 basic salary
