Are you an ambitious Life Insurance Adviser looking to specialise in high-value life insurance and succession planning? This is a rare opportunity to work closely alongside and be mentored by a recognised industry leader, advising high and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients, including non-UK residents and US persons.

About the Role

This is a highly specialised role focusing on Inheritance Tax (IHT) planning and succession planning, working within a niche team handling complex underwriting cases for HNW and UHNW individuals. Clients, leads, and training are provided, but this is a sales-focused role that requires a proactive and commercially minded approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with an industry leader, gaining invaluable mentorship and expertise
  • Provide specialist advice on high-value life insurance solutions for succession planning and tax efficiency
  • Develop relationships with top-tier clients, including international and non-domiciled individuals
  • Manage complex underwriting cases and work with insurers to secure tailored solutions
  • Generate new business and maximise opportunities within a well-established, high-profile client base

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong knowledge of Inheritance Tax (IHT) and life insurance solutions
  • A proven track record in new business generation and sales
  • Ambition and drive to develop expertise in a high-value, specialist market
  • The ability to build trusted relationships with HNW and UHNW clients
  • A commercially minded, proactive approach to business development
  • Progress towards relevant market qualifications
