An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced IFA Administrator Team Leader to join a highly respected wealth management business in Leeds.

This is a leadership role within the Client Administration team, managing a team of 8 administrators and supporting the delivery of a high quality, efficient service to clients and advisers.

The successful candidate will bring proven management experience within wealth management, alongside a strong understanding of financial planning and client administration processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, develop and support a team of 8 Client Administrators
  • Manage workflow, productivity and service standards across the team
  • Conduct regular 1-2-1s, performance reviews and coaching sessions
  • Support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing training
  • Ensure client administration is completed accurately and within agreed timescales
  • Work closely with advisers and internal stakeholders to improve processes and client outcomes
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory and internal procedures
Requirements
  • Previous team management experience within wealth management or financial planning
  • Strong background in IFA or wealth management administration
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
