An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Paraplanner to join a prestigious wealth management firm. Based in London, this role supports a close-knit team of advisers and offers the potential to transition into a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:- Prepare Statements of Suitability (SOS) following client meetings and ensure timely completion of review documentation.
- Produce new business reports for ISA/GIA top-ups, pension transfers, fund switches, and withdrawals.
- Assist in client onboarding and new business processing using CRM systems (Xplan).
- Maintain accurate and compliant advice files and ensure the highest standards of documentation and service.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, providing updates and handling queries.
- Support with data management, adviser pipeline, and post-meeting tasks.
- Contribute to operational improvements and process enhancements across systems like Xplan.
- 2-3 years of experience within financial services, ideally in paraplanning or adviser support.
- Strong report writing and excellent attention to detail.
- A solid understanding of pensions, investments, and financial planning products.
- Organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems (experience with Xplan is highly desirable).
- Industry qualifications (e.g. CII Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning) are desirable but not essential.
- Competitive salary up to £42,000
