Investment Administrator – Wealth Management
Location: Birmingham (Hybrid Working Available)
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience, up to around £32,000 plus benefits

A leading national wealth and investment management firm is seeking an experienced Investment Administrator to join their Birmingham office. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a professional and supportive team, providing high-level administrative support to a group of Investment Managers working with a diverse, high-net-worth client base.
About the Role:
In this role, you will play a crucial part in the day-to-day operations of the investment management team. You’ll assist with client account administration, liaise with custodians and providers, prepare investment reports and documentation, and ensure processes meet both regulatory and internal standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Investment Managers
- Maintain accurate records of client portfolios and transactions
- Prepare reports, investment packs, and valuations
- Assist with account openings, transfers, and general investment admin tasks
- Liaise with clients, custodians, and third-party providers as needed
- Ensure compliance with regulatory procedures and internal policies
- Promote use of digital tools and portals for client engagement
About You:
- 2+ years’ experience in an investment or financial services administrative role
