Independent Financial Advisor – SolihullBasic Salary: £50,000 – £70,000 + Bonus + Full Support
We are working with a leading, award-winning firm of Chartered Financial Planners to appoint an Independent Financial Advisor for their growing office in Solihull.
This firm has built a strong reputation for delivering bespoke, high-quality financial advice to high-net-worth individuals and families. With over £2.5bn of assets under influence, they offer one of the most supportive and forward-thinking environments for ambitious Advisors.
The Opportunity
You’ll be joining a growing regional office with immediate access to a starter book of around 25 HNW clients, helping to provide a strong foundation of income from day one.
However, this opportunity is ideally suited to someone with an entrepreneurial and business development mindset — someone who can:

Develop new client relationships through referrals, networking, and introducers

Potentially bring across an existing book of clients
Support & Infrastructure
This is a fully supported IFA role, giving you everything needed to succeed and scale:

Full paraplanning, administration, compliance, and advisor fee support

Central marketing assistance and regular new business enquiries

Robust tech platforms and research to support quality client outcomes
Earnings & Progression

Basic salary of £50,000 – £70,000 DOE

Bonus of 33% of all business generated beyond 3x salary validation

No cap on earnings and additional business opportunities provided over time

Ideal Candidate Profile

Level 4 Diploma in Financial Advice (or equivalent)

Experience advising HNW clients with excellent relationship-building skills

A track record of generating new business and/or managing a loyal client base
