An excellent opportunity has arisen for an IFA Administrator to join a well-established, boutique financial planning practice based in Poole. You’ll be joining a close-knit and collaborative team, working alongside Financial Advisers, Paraplanners, and fellow Administrators to provide high-quality support throughout the advice process. The role:
As an IFA Administrator, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the business, supporting the advice process from start to finish.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing client documentation, reports, and meeting packs
- Processing new business and liaising with product providers
- Maintaining accurate client records and back-office systems
- Supporting Financial Advisers and Paraplanners with administrative tasks
- Managing client communications, both by phone and email
- Ensuring all work is carried out in line with compliance and company procedures
