Director/Senior Recruitment Consultant – Financial Services – South West & Wales
We are working with a highly successful, well-established Investment Management and Financial Planning practice, renowned for delivering complex and holistic financial planning to high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients. They are now looking to recruit an experienced/Senior Paraplanner to join their close-knit, high-performing team.
The Role
This is a technically challenging and highly rewarding paraplanning role. You will work closely with the Head of Wealth, helping to manage a book of clients and delivering high-level paraplanning support.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Producing detailed technical analysis and complex financial plans
- Handling sophisticated client cases (beyond templated reports)
- Supporting client relationship management and engagement
- Contributing to process improvements and potential team leadership over time
This role is ideal for someone proactive, commercially aware and highly technical – someone ready to deliver bespoke financial planning solutions.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a paraplanning role
- Strong knowledge of pensions, investments, and holistic financial planning
- Chartered status or working towards it
- Proficiency with Voyant and FE Analytics
- Experience managing complex cases, implementing processes, or mentoring others
- Confident and clear communicator, able to work directly with clients
- Career Paraplanner with a detail-oriented, fast-paced, and focused approach
