An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a newly established and ambitious Wealth Management business at the start of an exciting growth journey. Led by a highly experienced and respected Financial Planner with a strong existing client base and long-term growth plans, this role offers the chance to become a key part of a close-knit and highly professional team from an early stage.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Planning Administrator / PA to provide high-level support to a specialist Adviser working predominantly with medical professionals including Doctors, Dentists and GPs. This is a fully home-based role and can be located anywhere within the UK.
The Opportunity
This is a pivotal role within the business, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practice while delivering an exceptional client experience. You will work closely with the Adviser, acting as a trusted support across client servicing, administration and operational activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and PA support to the Adviser
- Prepare client documentation including quotations, illustrations, valuations and reports
- Process new business accurately and efficiently in line with compliance and service standards
- Liaise with clients, providers and third parties in a professional and timely manner
- Manage ongoing client servicing and review processes
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and internal platforms
- Support the delivery of a first-class client journey and ongoing relationship management
- Handle sensitive client information with professionalism and discretion
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
- Previous experience within a Financial Planning / Wealth Management environment
- Experience supporting a Financial Adviser who specialises in the Medical Sector, including working with Doctors, Dentists and GPs
- Strong knowledge and understanding of NHS Pensions and dealing with NHSBSA
- Previous experience working within the St. James’s Place environment, with knowledge of SJP systems and processes highly desirable
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently from home
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A professional, client-focused approach at all times
