The Opportunity
As Financial Planning Support Team Leader, you’ll lead and develop a team of financial planning support staff while also providing hands-on support to advisers and their UHNW clients. You’ll play a key role in ensuring first-class client service, driving efficiency, and supporting the firm’s long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, support, and develop a team of financial planning support staff
- Deliver outstanding service to UHNW clients and advisers
- Conduct regular 1-2-1s, training, and performance reviews
- Ensure compliance, risk management, and operational efficiency
- Support one Financial Planner directly when required
- Prepare and chair team meetings
- Coordinate client actions and manage records accurately
- Assist with business development and client events
About You
- Strong understanding of investment and financial planning principles
- Experience in wealth management or financial planning support
- Proven people management or team leadership experience
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Progress towards Level 4 Diploma (CII) preferred, or willingness to study
