We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join the Client Support team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, natural problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing annual review packs
- Processing new business applications and withdrawals
- Handling client and planner queries
- Answering phone calls and providing general administrative support
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 1 years’ experience in a financial services administration role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of Intelligent Office (preferred but not essential)
