Are you a driven, client-focused Financial Adviser looking for your next challenge?

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified Independent Financial Adviser to join a well-established, client-centric financial planning firm based in Gerrards Cross. This is a new and strategic role ideal for someone with an existing client following and a passion for building lasting professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide holistic financial planning advice across pensions, investments, tax, and IHT.
  • Leverage and develop relationships with an existing network of professional introducers, particularly within family law.
  • Deliver expert advice to high-net-worth clients, with a focus on pensions in divorce (experience in this area preferred).
  • Work collaboratively with a small team, sharing ideas and supporting growth.
  • Drive business development by nurturing and expanding client and professional relationships.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years\’ experience as a Financial Adviser, with a stable employment history.
  • Diploma qualified (minimum Level 4).
  • Strong technical knowledge in pensions, investments, taxation (IHT, CGT, income tax), allowances (Annual/Tapered, LSA, LSDBA), and portfolio construction.
  • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and able to manage time effectively.
  • Comfortable with industry software (e.g., Intelliflo, Dynamic Planner, Selectapension).
  • Proven track record of working with high-net-worth clients and maintaining long-term relationships.
