We are seeking a Senior Paraplanner to join a top-10 wealth manager with a strong track record of growth, exceptional client satisfaction and a truly collaborative culture. About the role
As a Senior Paraplanner you will play a pivotal role in supporting Wealth Planners to deliver high-quality holistic financial advice. Actively support Wealth Planners by carrying out thorough research across pensions, protection, investment management, tax planning and other financial planning areas to enable strong client outcomes. Prepare client-centric suitability reports and other technical documents in line with regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards. Provide complex technical input and proactive support that enhances the end-to-end advice process. Undertake accurate calculations and modelling, including cash-flow analysis, to support recommendations that align with each client’s circumstances. Draft clear, fair and compliant communications that support good outcomes. Act as a reference point for technical queries within the team and support the development of junior paraplanners.
You will be considered for this role if you have:
- A minimum of Level 4 qualification (Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or equivalent)
- Strong experience working in a paraplanner capacity within a financial planning environment
- Excellent technical knowledge across pensions, investments, protection and taxation
- Strong report-writing and communication skills
- Proactive approach to research, problem-solving and collaboration
- A strong compliance focus, always acting in the best interests of clients and aligned with regulatory expectations
