Due to significant growth and increased client demand across the South West region, the firm is investing heavily in expanding its advisory team and is now seeking a Financial Adviser to play a key role in developing this area.
The RoleThis is a client‑driven Financial Planning role, providing immediate access to a well‑developed pipeline of warm opportunities and established referral networks. The successful adviser will:
- Provide holistic financial planning advice to both new and existing clients
- Deliver an exceptional level of ongoing service aligned with a relationship-driven advice model
- Work closely with internal professional partners and local offices to develop client relationships
- Engage with a strong flow of qualified leads and referrals - ensuring a consistent pipeline of meetings
- Convert opportunities into long-term advisory relationships

The incoming adviser will join a team where client introductions and internal referrals are already in place, ensuring a strong starting point with plenty of qualified leads from day one.
About YouThe client is seeking an individual who combines strong technical knowledge with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills. You will ideally have:
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (essential)
- Proven experience operating in a Financial Adviser / Financial Planner role
- A strong client-centric approach and the ability to build trust quickly
- Experience working with referrals and professional introducers
- Commercial awareness and the ability to identify growth opportunities
- Excellent networking and relationship-management skills
The business will also consider the right individual who is currently a:
- Senior/Level 4 qualified Paraplanner, or
- Trainee / Associate Financial Planner looking to step into an advisory role within a highly supportive and well-structured environment (Level 6 qualifications desirable but not essential).
