The opportunity They are seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join the team in Exeter.
In this role, you will provide comprehensive support to a team of successful Financial Planners and a portfolio of high-net-worth (HNW) clients.
Key
Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with Financial Planners and clients.
Work closely with Paraplanning and internal teams to ensure efficient and high-quality administration, resulting in excellent client outcomes.
Ensure timely and compliant client reviews in line with service levels and regulations.
Assist in the scheduling and preparation of client meetings.
Ensure all client files are accurate and up to date, both pre- and post-meeting.
Manage all post-meeting administrative tasks, including processing Letters of Authority and submitting business to various platforms and providers.
Maintain a basic level of industry knowledge through independent learning and workshops.
