We are working with a highly regarded, independent Chartered Financial Planning firm who are looking to appoint a Financial Services Administrator to join their friendly and growing team. Full training and development will be provided, along with support towards professional qualifications. Key responsibilities: Providing administrative support to financial planners and paraplanners Managing client documentation and maintaining accurate records Assisting with the preparation of client meeting packs and reports Liaising with providers and clients to ensure smooth processing of business Supporting the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks About you: Experience within financial services administration or financial planning is desirable Alternatively, strong professional experience in an office-based environment Excellent communication and organisational skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn Package: Salary up to £31,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications) Hybrid working – 3 days in the office / 2 days from home 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays Pension scheme Income protection cover Full exam support and clear career progression opportunities This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive, close-knit team within a highly respected boutique firm where you can genuinely develop and progress your career.
