A highly regarded boutique financial planning practice based in Truro is seeking an Administrator to join its close-knit, friendly and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented individual looking to build or further their career within a professional and client-focused environment. The company is open to both full-time and part-time candidates and can offer a degree of flexibility around working arrangements for the right individual.
The Role
As a Financial Services Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative support across the business, assisting with client servicing, report preparation and the implementation of financial advice. Key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing client valuation reports and meeting packs
- Supporting the preparation of suitability reports and associated documentation
- Submitting applications and processing client instructions (e.g. fund switches, withdrawals)
- Liaising with providers and platforms to track and progress business
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records
- Assisting advisers with pre- and post-meeting administration
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team
About You
The ideal candidate will have experience within financial planning or a broader financial services environment. However, individuals with strong administrative experience and a keen interest in the sector will also be considered. To be considered you MUST also live local to the offices in Truro. You will demonstrate:
