We are working with a highly respected and expanding wealth management business seeking an experienced Advice Delivery Manager to lead their paraplanning and client support teams. This is a pivotal leadership role, focused on driving operational efficiency, improving workflows, and ensuring advisers are fully supported to deliver an exceptional client experience.
The Role
As Advice Delivery Manager, you will take ownership of the Advice Support function, overseeing paraplanning and planning support teams while working closely with advisers and senior leadership. You will play a key role in improving processes, enhancing team performance, and ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage paraplanning and client support teams
- Oversee workflow management and resource allocation
- Ensure high-quality support to Financial Advisers
- Drive operational efficiency and process improvements
- Monitor team performance using MI and KPIs
- Support hiring, onboarding, and development of team members
- Act as a key point of contact for team queries and escalations
