We are working with a highly regarded and growing wealth advisory business looking to appoint a Practice Manager / Client Services Manager to lead their client services and operations function. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong experience in wealth management operations who enjoys leading teams, improving workflows, and delivering an exceptional client experience.
The Role
- You will take ownership of the back-office operations function, leading the client services team and ensuring advisers are fully supported.
- Working closely with senior leadership and Financial Advisers, you will play a key role in improving processes, enhancing efficiency, and supporting the continued growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Client Services team
- Oversee workflow management and operational processes
- Ensure efficient business submissions and high-quality client communication
- Support Financial Advisers with effective operational delivery

- Experience within a wealth management or financial planning firm

- Passionate about developing people and improving processes
