The RoleAs a Paraplanner, you will play a key role in supporting Wealth Planners to deliver holistic, high-quality financial advice. You’ll be involved throughout the advice process, providing technical expertise and ensuring recommendations are tailored to each client’s needs.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting detailed research across pensions, investments, protection and tax planning
- Preparing clear, client-focused suitability reports and technical documentation
- Supporting the end-to-end advice process with accurate analysis and recommendations
- Carrying out calculations and modelling, including cashflow forecasting
- Ensuring all work meets regulatory and compliance standards
- Collaborating closely with advisers and wider team members to deliver strong client outcomes
To be considered, you will have:
- A Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent)
- Experience working as a Paraplanner within a financial planning environment
- Strong technical knowledge across core financial planning areas
- Excellent report writing and communication skills
- A proactive, detail-oriented and team-focused approach
- A strong understanding of compliance and delivering good client outcomes
