The Role

You will be responsible for managing mortgage cases from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for clients. Working closely with advisers, lenders and solicitors, you will take ownership of case progression while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing mortgage applications from submission through to completion
  • Liaising with clients, lenders, solicitors, and providers
  • Chasing outstanding documentation and progressing cases efficiently
  • Maintaining accurate client records and compliance documentation
  • Supporting advisers with mortgage and financial planning administration
  • Preparing client documentation and correspondence
  • Ensuring all work is completed in line with regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Proven experience within mortgage administration or financial planning administration
  • Ideally CeMAP qualified or working towards
  • Experience managing mortgage applications end-to-end
  • Strong understanding of UK mortgages and/or financial planning
  • Experience using Intelligent Office - preferred
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently within a remote‑working environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
