We’re working with a boutique wealth management firm based in Mayfair, offering highly personalised financial planning and investment advice to an exclusive client base, including Magic Circle law partners, hedge fund managers, and senior professionals.
They are seeking a Chartered (or nearly Chartered) Paraplanner who is now ready to step into a Junior Financial Planner role. This is a rare opportunity to transition into advice with the full support of a highly respected firm.
The Role
You’ll be given a client bank of ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, and trustees, and supported by the senior team to move into a full advisory role within 12 months. You’ll join client meetings from day one, begin building relationships, and receive mentoring directly from the Directors. The firm is genuinely client-first – no sales targets, no product pushing – just a focus on delivering outstanding, long-term financial advice.
About the Firm
Independent, directly authorised, and boutique in approach. Clients typically have £1M–£25M+ AUM. Close collaboration with in-house investment and tax specialists to deliver joined-up, technically robust advice. Low adviser-to-client ratios, high-touch service, and a mature, flexible working culture.
Package
Salary: to £80,000
Bonus: 10%+
Benefits: Full package including PMI, PHI, Pensions, annual incentive trips abroad etc

Requirements
- Chartered or within one exam of Chartered status
- Strong technical background in paraplanning
- Confident communicator, capable of building relationships with sophisticated HNW clients
- A strong academic background and/or a track record of professional excellence would be advantageous
