Financial Planner – Leading Wealth & Investment Management Organisation Nottingham – Salary negotiable; from £60K to around £80K, plus Bonus and Benefits (potentially higher for the right candidate) Our client is an International Wealth & Investment Management organisation who operate at the highest level. They are currently seeking an experienced Financial Planner to join their team in Nottingham to manage and develop a HNW Client Book. This company are well established and have significant financial backing, enabling them to carry out exciting plans which will place them at the forefront of the Financial Planning sector, with a first class proposition for their clients. The role: As a Financial Planner, you will play a pivotal role in delivering expert financial planning advice to a diverse range of clients. You’ll be responsible for analysing their goals and creating tailored solutions to meet their needs. This role involves managing an existing client base while actively seeking opportunities to expand it through business development initiatives and networking. You will ensure client satisfaction by providing ongoing advice, maintaining client suitability, and adhering to regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of HNW clients, providing continuous support and advice. Engage in business development to attract new clients, leveraging both internal and external networks. Deliver comprehensive financial planning solutions, particularly in complex and higher-risk areas. Provide guidance to paraplanning and administration teams, ensuring high standards and timely task completion. Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and company policies to maintain compliance. What We’re Looking For: A minimum Level 4 qualification, ideally already achieved the CII Level 6 Advanced Diploma or equivalent. Maintenance of SPS in line with professional body requirements. Prior experience as a Financial Planner, with a minimum of 3 years but ideally 5+ years Deep knowledge of financial planning, client advice, and complex advisory areas. Understanding of financial markets, risk management techniques, and regulatory frameworks. On offer Competitive basic salary, depending on experience and qualifications.
