This is an exciting opportunity for a Chartered Financial Planner to take on a pivotal role in a growing, forward-thinking financial planning firm. As the dedicated Onboarding Financial Planner, you will be the first point of contact for new clients, guiding them through their journey, helping them define their goals, and creating a clear financial plan before seamlessly handing them over to the servicing team.
What you’ll do
- Act as the welcoming face of the firm, delivering engaging and inspiring client meetings.
- Guide new clients through their onboarding journey, helping them uncover their life goals and build a tailored financial plan.
- Ensure seamless handovers to servicing advisers while maintaining an excellent client experience.
- Represent the firm at events, build referral relationships, and contribute to thought leadership.
- Lead and mentor within the onboarding team, ensuring high standards of service and operational excellence.
What we’re looking for
- Chartered Financial Planner (essential).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial services, with a focus on onboarding, client acquisition, or business development.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the gravitas to inspire trust quickly.
- Experience with lifestyle financial planning and cashflow modelling (Truth, Voyant, or CashCalc preferred).
