An established and multi award winning financial services firm is looking to recruit an Associate Employee Benefits Consultant to join their growing team. This is an advisory position that would suit an individual looking to take their first step into a client facing role.
Upon joining you will be provided with a large, established book of clients. The majority of which are focused on pensions, with a smaller number related to group risk and healthcare.
The client is looking to recruit an individual with strong pensions experience/knowledge, someone who is comfortable working with clients and providing an exceptional level of service.
The successful candidate will be home-based, with occasional travel to meet clients in person and quarterly in-person meetings with the wider team. Day-to-day client interaction will primarily be delivered virtually, with flexibility to meet in-office as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Have the skill knowledge and experience to develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing introducers
- Ensure all clients receive the highest quality of customer service on an ongoing basis
- Conduct virtual meetings with clients and occasionally attend in-person meetings at clients offices
- Identify and maximise new sales opportunities; take the appropriate steps to secure the business
- Attend in-person team meetings in the Bath office once a quarter.

- Ideal for an experienced paraplanner or associate looking to progress into full consultancy
