The Role
Working as part of the support team, this is a hands-on, varied position that will involve both general administration and entry-level paraplanning duties. You will work closely with the Managing Director, Financial Planners and clients on a daily basis. This role has been specifically designed as a development opportunity, with structured training from day one.
Key responsibilities will include:
- General financial planning and office administration
- Supporting Financial Planners with client onboarding and servicing
- Assisting with basic paraplanning tasks and report preparation
- Maintaining client records and liaising with providers
- Communicating with clients in a professional and friendly manner
Training & Development
Comprehensive 6-month training programme upon joining. Ongoing coaching, mentoring, and on-the-job learning. Full support to study towards the Diploma in Financial Planning (Level 4). Study support, exam fees covered, and study days provided. Clear, proven progression pathway into Paraplanning and Adviser roles.
