We are seeking an experienced Client Manager or Client Relationship Manager to join a growing advice team, primarily based in Stansted. You will support a highly experienced Chartered Adviser, playing a central role in delivering a seamless and well-organised client experience.
The Role
- Act as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth journey from onboarding through to ongoing financial planning and investment administration.
- Manage day-to-day client relationships and provide proactive support.
- Coordinate client meetings, reviews, and follow-up actions.
- Prepare accurate pre- and post-meeting documentation.
- Oversee workflow, ensuring all planning, compliance, and administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
- Maintain high-quality, compliant client records and documentation.
- Liaise with providers, platforms, and professional third parties.
- Support investment administration including contributions, withdrawals, and transfers.
- Work closely with Advisers, Paraplanners, and wider support teams.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring clients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout their financial journey.
About You
- 2–3+ years' experience in a Client Manager / Client Relationship role within an IFA or advice firm.
- Working towards (or willing to study for) the CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with a professional and client-focused approach.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience with CRM systems and maintaining high-quality client data.
