An established and growing financial services business in London is looking to recruit an experienced Mortgage Adviser to join its client-focused team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a CeMAP-qualified adviser who enjoys building long-term client relationships rather than simply dealing with one-off transactions. You will advise across a broad range of mortgage and protection needs while developing a loyal book of repeat clients and introducers.

The Role
Working with both new and existing clients, you will provide clear, compliant mortgage and protection advice while managing cases through from initial enquiry to completion.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Meeting and speaking with clients to understand their mortgage, borrowing and protection requirements
- Researching the market and sourcing appropriate mortgage solutions
- Providing clear and concise advice across mortgages and associated protection products
- Supporting clients with applications and relevant documentation
- Submitting mortgage applications to lenders and overseeing cases through to completion
- Liaising with lenders, solicitors, surveyors and other third parties
- Keeping clients informed throughout the application process
- Maintaining accurate and compliant client records
- Building strong relationships with clients and professional introducers
- Developing a book of loyal repeat clients and generating referrals
- Keeping up to date with xgikmsk developments across the mortgage and protection markets

About You
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- CeMAP or an equivalent mortgage qualification
