  • Work collaboratively with Operations, Compliance and the Executive Team on strategic and business improvement initiatives

Candidates should have a strong background within Financial Planning, Wealth Management or the IFA market, with proven experience of managing and developing Financial Advisers.

You should also possess:

  • Minimum Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or equivalent
  • At least five years’ relevant Financial Planning/Wealth Management experience
  • Proven leadership, coaching and people-management experience
  • Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, retirement planning and personal taxation
  • A good understanding of FCA requirements and Consumer Duty
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to drive adviser performance
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills

Package & Working Arrangements

The role is City of London based, offering flexible hybrid working with approximately 2–3 days per week in the office, alongside some travel to other offices and adviser locations when required.

Salary up to £90,000 (potential flexibility) plus bonus of up to 20% and an excellent benefits package, including 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays and additional Christmas closure days, 6% employer pension contribution, income protection, life assurance and further benefits.
