This is an excellent opportunity for an Investment Administrator, someone with relevant investment/wealth management experience or a financial services administrator who is looking to take the next step in their career.
The Role
Working as part of a professional and supportive team, you will provide high-quality administrative support across a range of investment and financial planning activities.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing administration and support to investment managers
- Processing investment transactions and maintaining accurate client records
- Preparing documentation and correspondence for clients and advisers
- Liaising with clients, advisers, investment managers and third parties
- Supporting the team with new business and ongoing client servicing
- Ensuring all administration is completed accurately and within required timescales
- Maintaining a high level of client service at all times
The Person
The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience within Financial Services, particularly within investment, wealth management or financial planning.
The role would suit an experienced administrator looking to develop their career within investments, as well as candidates who are already working towards or interested in gaining further industry qualifications.
You will be organised, detail-focused and comfortable working in a professional, client-focused environment. Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in developing a career within financial services are essential.
