The role
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to Financial Planners and the wider team
- Supporting the smooth delivery of financial planning services to clients
- Assisting with client onboarding and ongoing client administration
- Preparing and processing client documentation and correspondence
- Liaising with clients, providers and other professional contacts
- Processing new business and assisting with ongoing policy and investment administration
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records
- Supporting Financial Planners throughout the client journey
- Managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Who we are looking for
- Previous experience within financial services is essential, ideally within an IFA or financial planning environment.
- We would also consider candidates with relevant experience across pensions, investments, platforms, banking or other areas of financial services who are looking to move into an IFA administration role.
- We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive and client-focused, with strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
- You will need to be comfortable managing multiple priorities, working to deadlines and collaborating closely with Financial Planners and colleagues across the business.
