This is an exciting opportunity to join the Change Management team as a Transformation Officer, working within Digital Excellence under the Technical Directorate.
Salary: Circa £47,000 depending on experience
Dynamic (hybrid) working: 2-3 days per week on-site due to workload classification
Security Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship. Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.

The opportunity:
Reporting to the UK Change Manager, you will work directly with the Change Management team to support the implementation of Change deliverables within a defined scope. The role is operational, with a primary focus on communication, engagement and governance activities.
Working with the Change Manager, you will take ownership of key deliverables; and make decisions on the direction and implementation of communication and engagement activities. You will work with virtual teams to define, solution and deliver digital content, review documentation and offer creative solutions to new ways of working. The role requires a strong ability to collaborate with different teams, with a knowledge of / willingness to learn digital communication channels and engagement methods.

It includes responsibility for the creation and publication of digital content for Change programmes and the team framework. This includes the creation and management of intranet pages through to news articles and newsletters and digital updates. You will be responsible for the coordination, administration and publication and be able to demonstrate:
Responsibilities:
- Communication & Engagement: Intranet / News Articles / Directorate Communications / Bulletins, Loading and publishing content, Gaining publishing approvals, Organising content translations, Requesting master document approvals, Graphics and branding coordination, Proof reading, Coordinating content creation, Communication distribution list administration
- Governance: Supporting the evolution of the Change Management Playbook and associated presentations and templates - layouts, proof reading, animation and administration
- Developing in role to support Change Programmes: Supporting employee engagement through forums, workshops and meetings, Supporting a Change network to build support from engagement to adoption, Supporting adoption by organising training, working with Programme and Change leads to define, solution and deliver training (in coordination with the L&D), Monitoring change management actions and measuring their effectiveness using appropriate indicators, Supporting KPI definition and monitoring, Supporting handover and sustainment activities
