The predicted salary is between 42750 - 47500 £ per year.
Salary: Up to 47,500 depending on experience.
Dynamic (hybrid) working: As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.
Company bonus: Up to 2,500 (based on company performance and will vary year to year).
Pension: maximum total (employer and employee) contribution of up to 14%.

This is an exciting opportunity, in a stakeholder rich environment, to be part of the Portfolio Systems Team within the Portfolio Management Team (PMT) supporting the delivery of the Engineering aspects of the UK Portfolio.
The Portfolio Systems team supports this vision by developing the engineering coherence through Commonality, Modularity and Reuse across the UK Portfolio of Complex Weapons - current and future - by managing and delivering the Portfolio Engineering Design Record (EDR).
There will be opportunities to present your work at the Joint MOD/MBDA Portfolio Engineering Working Group as well as travel within the UK to other MBDA sites.
The successful individual will also get exposure to wider Portfolio factors such as platform integration, financial efficiencies, operational performance, exportability and Freedom of Action to the UK MOD.
Is comfortable engaging with stakeholders and building effective working relationships across the Portfolio enterprise and the wider business.
A flexible mindset, able to tackle problems and develop genuinely innovative solutions for a given challenge.
Knowledge of Systems Engineering approaches and practices, ideally familiar with using DOORS, and in particular requirement management.
