Dynamic (hybrid) working: All successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.

Your role as an Electronics Engineer is to develop electronic solutions for cutting-edge systems, generating a concept solution, schematics, and manufacturing data packs; involvement in component & COTS (commercial off-the-shelf product) selection; technical report writing. This is a fantastic opportunity to shadow our more experienced Electronics Engineers & Technical Leads, learn from them and the teams around you before leading your own projects and developing to a Senior Electronics Engineer or Tech Lead.

What we're looking for from you:
- We are looking for proactive individuals who are motivated to develop within their Senior Electronics Engineer role.
- Candidates would be ideally degree qualified (electronics engineering, science, physics) or HND equivalent experience, have been involved in development of electronics products, and ideally, have a background in complex electronics and working in a multi-functional team (e.g. with mechanical, firmware, and software).
- You will have a sound track record in electronic design capability throughout the product life cycle, i.e. early concept through to production.
- Most important for us is that you have the right attitude and a passion to develop - we can offer the training and support you need to enable you to broaden your skills and experience and take steps towards senior roles and onwards.
