As a Future Products Principal Systems Engineer within the newly formed Future Products department, part of Missile Design UK: Emerging Portfolio & Capability, you will support MBDA’s Vision 2040 in various roles.
Salary: Circa £55,000 depending on experience
Hybrid working: 3-4 days per week on-site due to workload
Security Clearance: British Citizen or Dual UK national with British citizenship. All successful candidates will undergo HMG BPSS checks.

You will support early phase design, combining core systems engineering, business development, customer engagement, and technology assessment. Responsibilities include road-mapping, requirement elicitation, bidding, and team coordination. You will develop skills in System Design tools like DOORS and Rhapsody, and support multiple future systems and business areas.
