The predicted salary is between 49500 - 60500 £ per year.

Our Sparkworks Radio Frequency (RF) and Low Observability (LO) Systems Team champion early lifecycle system definition of revolutionary new and novel systems and capabilities by working at the leading edge of the V-model.

Dynamic (hybrid) working: 4 - 5 days per week on-site due to workload classification.

Security Clearance: As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.

Company bonus: Up to 2,500 (based on company performance and will vary year to year).

Pension: maximum total (employer and employee) contribution of up to 14%.

Overtime: opportunity for paid overtime.

Flexi Leave: Up to 15 additional days.

Enhanced parental leave: offers up to 26 weeks for maternity, adoption and shared parental leave - enhancements are available for paternity leave, neonatal leave and fertility testing and treatments.

Whether embedded in a multi-disciplinary team, or leading an individual work package, you will gain broad engineering experience. Leading the development of the system design for future concepts through maturing system, sub-system and equipment level requirements, and analysing and assessing key performance attributes.

Working across the V-model to plan and support verification activities, including specifying and supporting trials, evidence collection, and product documentation.

Working across domains and project areas within MBDA, with internal and external equipment and technology suppliers to deliver concept definitions, technology demonstrations, and showcase ground breaking future capabilities.

Systems Engineering experience in any of the following will be beneficial: Use of Systems Engineering tools including DOORS, DOORS Next, Rhapsody.
