Are you an Electronics Design Engineer seeking a challenging role working on high-quality projects? MBDA is looking for a skilled and ambitious individual to join our Analogue and Digital Capability Group in Stevenage. You will have a vital role in developing and delivering impeccable electronic designs for our advanced products!
Salary: Circa £42,000 - £48,000 depending upon experience
Location: Stevenage (we may be able to offer a relocation package for this role.)
Dynamic (hybrid) working: typically 2 to 3 days per week on-site, due to workload classification.
Security Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship. Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.

The opportunity:
- Take on all aspects of board level electronic design, including schematic capture, prototyping, functional testing, and proving activities.
- Collaborate with other Electronic Engineering teams to ensure integration of electronics within the product.
- Use common development techniques such as circuit simulation and DFMEA to ensure robust electronics design and support the product life cycle from feasibility through to transfer to production, including industrial validation and quality assurance.
- Contribute to research and continuous improvement activities to enhance the Electronic Engineering capability.
