Salary: Up to £58,000 depending on experience
Dynamic (hybrid) working: 4 - 5 days per week on-site due to workload classification
Security Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship. Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.

The opportunity: This role is to lead a dynamic and multi-disciplinary team to develop complex system simulations in world-leading Hardware in the Loop facilities. You will manage a number of project specific teams in supporting missile design development, trials preparations and customer deliveries. This is a great opportunity to build on your understanding of complex systems and the challenges associated with their integration as well as management of a team in a delivery focused environment. Working with experts in Complex functional integration you will have the opportunity to develop products, facilities and capabilities to support current and future MBDA products.
What can you bring to the role?
- Experience of at least one of the following areas: Complex functional integration, Missile functional chain design, Seeker/sensor design or proving, software for real time applications.
- Experience of managing engineering teams
- Experience of managing budgets and delivery schedules programme plans
- Desirable experience includes strategic engagement with stakeholders and facility maintenance.
