MBDA UK is seeking a dynamic Safety, Health & Environmental Manager for our Henlow site.
You will lead the on-site implementation of SHE policies, driving continual improvement and a strong safety culture across Manufacturing, Facility Management and Security teams.
The role requires a Diploma in OH&S (level 6 preferred) with significant manufacturing SHE experience, and there may be travel to other MBDA UK locations.
Hybrid work pattern applies with on-site and remote days.
