Fantastic opportunity for Systems Engineers with Network Communications experience!
Salary: Circa £60,000 depending on experience
Dynamic (hybrid) working: 2‑3 days per week on‑site due to workload classification
Security Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship. Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.

The opportunity:
As a member of our Network Communications Department in Weapon System Design, you will deliver Systems Engineering and Network Communications expertise to the latest Complex Weapons Projects, in one or more of the following areas:
- Network Enabled Weapons Platform Communications
- Battlefield Communications
- Missile‑to‑Missile Communications
Whether embedded in a multi‑disciplinary team, or leading an individual work package, you will gain valuable engineering experience, engaging stakeholders, coordinating technology specialists, and delivering weapon systems that make a difference to our UK and partner nation Armed Forces. Through our people management opportunities, you can learn to lead teams, and play a part in developing the engineers of the future. We offer technical training in Core Network Communications, Systems Engineering and specialist communications technologies such as SATCOM, Network Modelling, Network Function Virtualisation and more.

Broader engineering management experience is welcome, particularly gained through leadership of work packages, integration of complex activities or managing technical relationships with customers or suppliers.
