Responsibilities:
- Conduct system‑level performance evaluations of novel concepts against their requirements.
- Conduct trade studies to inform lower‑level design.
- Generate and agree scenarios with key customers for scenario‑based performance evaluation.
- Define the modelling strategy for these assessments.
- Own development and delivery of models and algorithms.
- Deliver performance statements to customers.
- Coordinate inputs from wider functions to support system design and performance analysis.
Qualifications:
- DV‑cleared engineer with a broad systems engineering background, preferably covering all phases of development from concept to certification.
- Experience in the management, development and use of tools, simulations and algorithms produced in Matlab and Simulink.
- Ability to work quickly within a broad multi‑functional team, delivering complex information to project collaborators.
- Experience in data analysis and technical report writing.
- Ability to solve problems collaboratively with colleagues and partners.
