Systems Engineer with Network Communications experience, working in the Network Communications Department in Weapon System Design. Deliver Systems Engineering and Network Communications expertise to complex weapons projects, including Network Enabled Weapons Platform Communications, Battlefield Communications, and Missile-to-Missile Communications. You may work within a multidisciplinary team or lead an individual work package, coordinating technology specialists, engaging stakeholders and delivering weapon systems that support the UK and partner nation Armed Forces.

Working Conditions

  • Hybrid environment: 2–3 days per week on-site.

Salary: Circa £60,000 depending on experience.

Security Clearance: British Citizen or Dual UK national with British citizenship; all successful candidates will undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS).

  • Broader engineering management experience preferable, especially leadership of work packages, integration of complex activities or managing technical relationships with customers or suppliers.
