Role Overview
This is a very hands-on role to understand technically the current Command and Control architecture, and support the continued design, development and instantiations for future products.
Salary: Up to £65,000 depending on experience.
Dynamic (hybrid) working: typically 4 days per week on-site due to workload classification.
Security Clearance: Sole British Citizen only. Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. All successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.

Responsibilities
- Resolving issues, including competing demands, sensitive situations and conflicts.
- Involvement in all aspects of development, integration, project management, delivery into service and service support.
- Provide technical leadership, product ownership and team building as required.
- Lead technical aspects of development across the product lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Experience of working in C++.
- A strong background in software realisation and system-wide impact with strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong collaborative, open approach to development and ability to work well in a team, maintaining momentum during development.
- Strong communication skills essential due to multi-product usage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Awareness and application of Software Quality standards such as DefStan 00-55, DO-178C, or IEC61508.
- Experience with restricted coding standards such as MISRA C++.
