As a Senior Manufacturing Programme Manager, you will spearhead complex projects, shape future manufacturing capabilities and strengthen the organisation. You will work closely with senior leadership to define and deliver our manufacturing roadmap, ensuring we meet our operational and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Deputise for the VP Manufacturing Series Programmes at cross‑project reviews.
- Demand management for Customer Support activities across all programmes and operations.
- Management of transversal risks and opportunities.
- Ensure all common stock, including stock with no demand, is managed and cost exposure is minimised.
- Work with the VP to define the future roadmap for Manufacturing Series Programmes.
- Manage specific series programmes processes and continuous improvement.
- Embed MBDA leadership and management behaviours throughout the department.
- Contribute to building highly effective teams through coaching, workshops and individual interventions.
- Deliver special projects and continuous improvement tasks that progress the department and support overall manufacturing and MBDA strategy.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience as a Programme Manager leading engineering, operations and project professionals through a matrix organisation.
- Leadership, influencing and relationship‑management skills to establish and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
- Ability to manage a high degree of uncertainty and conflicting priorities.
- Energy, drive and commitment with a high level of self‑motivation.
- Accomplished people manager in a leadership role, skilled at stakeholder relationships.

Requirements
- Salary: circa £70,000 depending on experience.
- Dynamic (hybrid) working: 3 days per week on‑site.
