Bolton With the recent growth across our Project Control function, we have opportunities for enthusiastic and motivated Project Planners and Project Controllers to join our team, where you will have an opportunity to grow your skills and develop your career within a collaborative and encouraging environment. Job Title Project Controller Salary Circa £40,000 to £64,000 depending on experience Location Stevenage, Bristol or Bolton Dynamic (hybrid) working 2 -3 days per week on-site due to workload classification Security Clearance British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship. Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. All successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team. The opportunity Join our growing Project Control team to develop your skills in a supportive environment. You will work on: Project Health : Validation of project assessments, identifying issues and risks for discussion. Schedule Assessment : Validating project schedules for accuracy and coherence. Integrated Baseline Management : Leading the creation of the baseline schedule to ensure successful delivery. Costs to Go (and EAC) : Validating project costs and forecasts to support EAC. Risk and Opportunity Management : Leading Schedule Risk Analysis where appropriate. New Business : Engaging with bid teams to ensure project management basics are considered. What we\’re looking for from you Experience in detailed and summary planning Ability to create and maintain project structures (WBS/CBS/OBS) Experience analyzing project performance data (schedule, resource, cost) Skills in SRA, Critical Path Analysis, EVM Motivation to identify root causes and corrective actions Experience with project management tools (SAP, ARM, Primavera, Oracle Unifier) Knowledge of Baseline Management and Change Control Accountability for project data quality Ability to influence and work independently within a team Strong communication skills and collaborative approach Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands Beneficial but not essential Experience with EAC/Forecast Cost reviews Risk & Opportunities / What-If analysis Understanding resource-loaded schedules Interested?
