We have an exciting opportunity to join the Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) team at MBDA UK. We are looking for an energetic, collaborative leader to drive positive cultural change and champion continuous improvement across our organisation.

Salary: Circa £60,000 depending on experience

Location: Stevenage/Bolton/Bristol

Dynamic (hybrid) working: 2-3 days per week on-site due to workload classification

Security Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship. Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.

  • Inspire a World-Class Culture: Drive engaging change programs that support MBDA UK's journey toward an industry-leading health and safety culture across all levels and business areas.

This role will enable you to travel to our other sites and a chance to meet and work with a wide range of internal customers across all levels. You'll be able to work dynamically with the flexibility of where, when and how you work.

What we're looking for from you:

  • Qualified (or equivalent experience): A Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety (or a similar qualification) is highly desirable but equivalent experience would be considered.
