Salary: Up to approximately £75,000, depending on experience
Dynamic (hybrid) working: 4‑5 days per week on site; may be less depending on project requirements. Open to compressed hours or part‑time.
Security Clearance: British Citizen or Dual UK national with British citizenship; all candidates must undergo BPSS checks after offer. Some roles may require DV clearance.

The Opportunity
Our FPGA Design team is rapidly growing. We are seeking FPGA Design Engineers to work on projects ranging from advanced signal‑processing systems (image / radio) to core embedded processing and safety‑critical security systems. Your role will involve all phases of the FPGA design life cycle, from requirement inception to a validated design. You will influence design decisions, apply the latest technologies, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams while leveraging top FPGA vendor tools.
What we're looking for from you:
Ideally you are a degree‑level graduate (or equivalent) with experience in the following areas:
- Generating complex FPGA architectures and design implementations using VHDL, Simulink, etc., targeting Xilinx, Intel, and Microsemi devices.
- Verifying complex FPGA implementations using VHDL and SystemVerilog/UVM testbench methodologies.
- Proficiency with FPGA design tools and Mentor verification tools (QuestaSim candidates may need to undergo DV (Developed Vetting).
