We are looking for a Network Architect to contribute to projects in the UK and across the wider group. The role involves designing and evolving secure network architectures, engaging with national operations teams, information security colleagues, and guiding projects from inception to delivery.
Typical day‑to‑day activities include chairing design reviews, pitching solutions to security teams, defining architectural direction, and coordinating with international and multi‑cultural teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect secure network solutions across multiple environments.
- Lead and coordinate technical and design meetings.
- Advise on best‑practice and architectural direction for projects at all stages.
- Work collaboratively with network operations, back‑office, SOC and application teams.
- Contribute to organisational cloud‑service transition and national projects.
Qualifications & Experience
- Strong experience in network architecture with a focus on network security.
- Experience designing for classified or high‑security environments, including UK or NATO member countries.
- Ability to present and chair technical design meetings.
- Comfort working in an international, multi‑cultural context.
- Proven ability to balance competing approaches and advise diplomatic solutions.
Salary & Working Conditions
Salary: Circa £65,000 depending on experience.
Dynamic hybrid working – 2–3 days per week on‑site, depending on project classification.
Security Clearance: British Citizen with potential to achieve DV. All successful candidates required to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS).
