Responsibilities
- Process, verify, post and reconcile supplier invoices using SAP Resolve.
- Chase up internal and supplier queries to ensure timely payment or dispute handling.
- Reconcile supplier statements to the Accounts Payable ledger.
- Support business units in understanding purchasing responsibilities.
- Review expense claims for accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
- Manage personal spend on company credit cards.
- Administer the company credit card scheme.
- Perform day‑to‑day financial tasks such as data entry, reconciliations and report preparation.
- Identify opportunities to enhance automation tools and participate in improvement projects.
Qualifications
- Good understanding of MS Office (Excel and Word).
- Confidence to communicate with internal stakeholders.
- Strong numeracy skills.
- Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and a willingness to learn.
- Recent graduate or early career – no prior experience required.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: up to £26,000 depending on experience.
- Security clearance: British Citizen or Dual UK national with British citizenship; BPSS clearance required.
- Annual leave: 25 days + statutory holidays; additional day after 5, 10, 15 years; optional purchase up to 5 days.
